"Shipping was kinda meh"
It showed up later than I expected, which was a little annoying, but the battery itself worked fine once I got it. So overall not bad, just wish the shipping was quicker tbh

"Works fine, just doesn’t hold charge as long as I’d hoped"
I bought a replacement battery from batteryguys.com and, based on actually using it for a while, it does the job but it’s not anything amazing. It fitted without any issues and works fine for normal day-to-day use, so no complaints there. The main thing I noticed is the charge doesn’t last quite as long as I was expecting. Delivery was straightforward and the battery feels okay overall, just more average than impressive. I’d give it 3 stars...

"Fit was okay, but handling seemed careless"
The battery did match my model, so that part was fine, but the connector was really tight and took some fiddling to get it in place. It felt like it had been handled a bit carelessly, because the fit just wasn’t as smooth as I expected. It works, but it was more of a hassle than it should’ve been

"Ordering was a bit frustrating, but not all bad"
The ordering process was kind of annoying, honestly. Checkout took longer than I expected, and the payment page kept glitching or acting weird, which made me unsure if my order was going through. That said, the site was easy enough to browse and I did eventually get it done, so it wasn’t a total disaster, just not as smooth as it should be.

"Replacement got sorted out"
I had to send back a battery that quit working after a few months. It take a couple emails and some waiting around, but they did honor the warranty and send me a replacement. Wasn’t the fastest thing ever, but they didn’t argue with me about it, so I’m okay with how it went

"Good deal, nice and simple"
I was mostly just looking for something that wouldn’t cost more than it needed to, and this ended up being cheaper than the other places I checked. that was already a good start. I didn’t have to mess around with anything complicated, which I appreciate because I always seem to notice the annoying stuff after I’ve already bought it. But no, it worked fine for me, no fuss, no surprise problems. Happy with it overall.

"Showed up fast and in great shape"
The battery got here sooner than I thought it would, and thankfully the box wasn’t beat up at all. I’m usually quick to blame the delivery side when stuff shows up dented or leaking, but I can’t complain this time. It was packed really snug, no leaks, no damage, and the driver even left it in a sensible spot instead of somewhere random. Straightforward order, but everything went smoothly and the battery looked perfect when I opened it.
